Segment | Add a static segment as a condition of a dynamic segment. Dynamic segments cannot be added as a condition. |
Field | Select a field of the registration form as a condition. Depending on the field type, you will see the appropriate options. For example, create a condition where only guests who chose “workshop 1” are added. |
Status | Your total guest list consists of a collection of (un)invited and (un)registered guests. Each of these statuses can be added as a condition to a dynamic segment. |
Language | In multilingual events, not all guests speak the same language. By adding the language to a dynamic segment you can easily create an overview. |
Registration point | Events with an E-ticket / QR code use registration points. For example, create a dynamic segment where you bundle the registration points Entrance 1, Entrance 2 and Entrance 3. This gives you a complete overview of all guests who arrived at the venue. |
Import | Imports of your guest list do not always happen in one go. Bundle or select imports as a condition in a dynamic segment to create a clear group. |
Confirmation mail | Based on this condition, you can find out to which guests the automatic confirmation email was (not) sent. |
Campaigns | Easily find out to which guests an email campaign was (not) sent. |
Webinar | Create a dynamic segment with guests who have (not) registered for a webinar. |
Webinarstatus | Bundle the guests who (did not) attend the webinar according to the 3 different statuses: Active, Inactive and/or Offline. |
Registration date | This condition bundles from/up until when your guests were created or when the guest’s data was last changed. |
Payment email | If you have a paying event, use this condition to create a dynamic segment in which you merge your guests who have (not) received the payment email. |
