How do I manage the guest list?

In the guest list you will find an up-to-date overview of all guests at your event. On this page you have all the options to manage the guest list.

Customize the display

  • Move your cursor to the number of guests displayed on this page – for example 1 – 20 out of 100. An overview will appear with choices in which you choose how many guests should be displayed on each page
  • Click on to choose which data to display on the page. Select the desired data and click the Ok buttonx

Search in the guest list

  • Search by entering a name or email address and then clicking the Search button
  • Search (in) segments of the guest list, by choosing one or more selection criteria and then clicking the Search button

The different statuses

  • Invitees
    • Not Invited: The guest hasn’t received an invite yet
    • Invited. The guest has not yet responded to the invitation
  • Registrations
    • Confirmed: The registration has not been completed or payment has not yet been made
    • Completed: the registration has been completed (and possibly paid)
  • Cancellations
    • Rejected: The invitation has been declined
    • Cancelled: The registration has been cancelled

Perform general actions

Perform actions per guest

  • Click on to view (and possibly change) the guest’s details
  • Click on to remove the guest
  • Click on to add the guest to a group
  • Click on to send a campaign to the guest
  • Click on to download the guest’s e-ticket
Practical tip
Select one of the lists in the search criteria and click the Search button. This will bring up additional actions relevant to the status you searched for.
