How do I change a guest’s registration?

You can change the data and/or registration of guests at any time. This is useful, for example, if a guest is unable to register himself or if you see an error in one of the data.

Adjust the data

  1. Go to Guests > Guest List
  2. Find the guest whose registration you want to change
  3. Click on in front of the guest’s name
  4. Click on the Edit button
  5. Change the desired data
  6. Click on the Confirm button

Register an invitee

  1. Go to Guests > Guest Listenlijst
  2. Find the guest you want to register
  3. Click on in front of the guest’s name
  4. Click on the Register invitee button
  5. Enter the required form fields
  6. Click on the Next button
  7. Send (if needed) the confirmation email by clicking the Send confirmation email button and confirm this action by clicking the Confirm button in the popup window

Reject the invitation/cancel registration

  1. Go to Guests > Guest Listenlijst
  2. Find the guest whose invitation you want to decline or cancel
  3. Click on in front of the guest’s name
  4. Click the Reject Invitation or Cancel Registration button
  5. Confirm this action by clicking the Confirm button in the popup window
  6. Send (if needed) the cancellation email by clicking the Send cancellation email button and confirm this action by clicking the Confirm button in the popup window
