Halito! is a trade name of Via Futura B.V. Our official company name is Via Futura, which is why you see it on contracts and other official documents.

You can change your license at any time. Contact our Customer Success team at support@halito.com and they will be happy to assist you.

We are very sorry if you want to cancel your license. Contact us if Halito! does not meet your expectations or we do something wrong. Our Customer Success team is available every working day between 9am and 6pm via support@halito.com or by phone via +32 3 3614801 or +31 85 2089333.
If you wish to cancel your license, please send an email to support@halito.com. You will immediately receive a confirmation so that you know that your cancellation has reached us properly. You will then receive a personal answer with practical information about, for example, canceling/transferring domain names.

Send an email to support@halito.com when the name of your organization changes. We will change the name of your Halito! account and implement the change in our records.
The Owner of a Halito! account has an important role, so it is important to change this role if necessary.
Unlike all other user roles in Halito! the Owner can only be modified by our Customer Success team. Please email support@halito.com if desired.
All active event websites in your Halito! account are linked to the main domain name. Changing the main domain name is therefore not just possible and can only be performed by our Customer Success team. Send an email to support@halito.com if desired.

Billing
During onboarding, we agree on which payment term you want to use. This can be monthly, quarterly or annually. The invoicing of the license then proceeds automatically according to this agreement.
We bill additional services monthly and the consumption of e-mail and SMS credits per quarter. The invoicing of domain names is always per year.
Our company is located in Belgium, but Halito! is active in various countries. If your organization is established outside Belgium and has a VAT number, we may reverse the VAT. This means that we do not charge VAT on the net invoice amount.
Halito! is available in several packages, each with specific features included. Each package has a coffee name, so that it is immediately clear which features are available in your Halito! account.
Please email support@halito.com when the name of your organization changes. We will implement the change in our administration, so that from now on the correct company name is stated on the invoice.
We use a payment term of 30 calendar days after the invoice date.
Our invoicing is fully automatic. Unfortunately, it may happen that your payment has not yet been processed and that you receive a payment reminder. We find it very annoying when this happens and we try to prevent it. However, this is not always possible, for example because of the processing time of your payment.
If you are unsure whether your payment has been received correctly, please do not hesitate to contact us via support@halito.com.

We can submit our invoice through the invoicing tool you use. Email support@halito.com if this is required by your organization.
