How to register guests as a (no-)show during the event?


Register the shows/no-shows upon receipt of the event by scanning the personal e-tickets. As a result, you know exactly which guests were present and you follow them closely.

Add a sign-in point

  1. Go to Registration > Live Scanning
  2. Click on the Add button
  3. Activate the registration point
  4. Enter an (internal) name for the registration point
  5. Select which guests can register at this registration point:
    • All guests
    • Guests who meet a filter or are registered for a workshop
  6. Fill in instructions for the host(ess) when starting the registration
  7. Fill in instructions for the host(ess) after successful registration
  8. Click on the Save and Close button
Practical tip
It is possible to add multiple registration points. For example, add three registration points for general guest registration, a help desk and a registration point per workshop space. This way you know exactly which guests attended each session.

Scan upon arrival at the event

  1. Go to Registration > Live Scanning
  2. Click on the Start button and then again on the Start button
  3. You can register guests as a show in two ways:
    • Scan the barcode on the e-ticket
    • In the search box, manually enter the name, email address or barcode, press ENTERand finally double click on the name of the (correct) guest in the search results box
