Before you start
Add time blocks
- Go to Registration > Registration Form > Workshops
- Click on the Add button
- Configure all data and settings:
- Enter an internal name
- Select whether this time block is mandatory
- Enter a name as this time block is shown on the event website
- Set the date
- Add one or more timeslots
- Click on the Save button
Add workshop(s)
- Go to Registration > Registration Form > Workshops
- Click on the Add button
- Configure all data and settings:
- Enter the internal name of the workshop
- Upload an image
- Enter the name of the workshop as it will be shown on the event website
- Enter a description
- If you are organizing a paying event, please also enter a cost price (incl. VAT) and VAT percentage
- Click on the Save button
- Select the session from the drop-down menu
- Then select one or more time slots
- Add additional information for this session
- If applicable, set a limit per session, cost price (incl. VAT) and VAT percentage per session
- Click on the Add button to link extra time slots to the workshop
- Click on the Save button
