Which guests are attending the webinar?

Introduction

Watch live which guests are participating -or have previously participated- in the webinar, so that you can do a follow-up with, for example, a thank you email or survey.

Go to Communication > Webinars > Webinar sessions
View the status per guest

Active	Present in a webinar
Inactive	Present on the event website, but not present in a webinar
Offline	Not present on the event website

Practical tip

In the list of participants, search for a specific guest or filter by one or more criteria:

Enter a name or e-mail address and click on the Search button
Choose one or more search criteria and click on the Search button
