Adding a survey
- Go to Communication > Surveys
- Click on the Add button
- Fill in the details
- Add new form fields
- Add a form page and link the survey form to it
Create an email or SMS campaign
- Add an e-mail or SMS-campaign and put a hyperlink in it to the form page
- Send the campaign
Practical tip
Remove irrelevant pages and set the survey page as the landing page.
Good to know
Surveys are by default anonymous. For example, if you want to send survey participants the presentation or give a discount code for the next event, the personal data must be requested/entered. Add form fields for the name and email address and set these fields as optional so that participants can choose whether or not to complete the survey anonymously.
