How do I add a form page?

Ask participants to leave feedback via a survey after the event. Once you've created a survey form, link it to a form page.
  1. Go to Communication > Pages
  2. Click on the button Add and choose a Form page
  3. Enter the data in the same way as for the adding of a text page. The same applies to the settings on the tabs Acces and Sitemap
  4. In the tab Form , select the survey
  5. Click on the Save and Close button
