Settings in the registration form
- Go to Registration > Registration Form > Fields
- Click on the Add field button and choose the type Phone number
- At Field Tag , select the option mobile_phone
- Click on the Save button
Practical tip
Did you forget to use the field type 'phone number' in the registration form? You can still create this form field and ensure that the phone numbers already entered are linked to this form field in the correct format.
- Go to Guests > Guest List
- Export the guest list, where you select that access codes should be exported and in any case select the phone number form field
- If necessary, adjust the phone number as shown in these examples:
- Belgium: 32477000000
- The Nederlands: 31600000000
- UK: 447000000000
- Save the file as .csv file
- Import the file and select that you want to use unique IDs

Create the SMS campaign
- Go to Communication > Campaigns
- Click the Create Template button
- In the popup window that opens, choose:
- Invitees: Text message to unregistered guests
- Registrations: Text message to registered guests
- Enter an internal campaign name. This name is not visible to your guests
- Enter a sender name (e.g. company name, event name, employee event name, etc.)
- Enter the content of the SMS campaign in the editor
- Click on the Save or Next step button
Good to know
Due to legislation for Belgian phone numbers, the sender name is converted to a number. The sender name cannot contain special characters.

Use personalization codes to personally address your guests via SMS.
Send the SMS campaign
- Select the time when the SMS campaign should be sent
- Select who to send the SMS campaign to:
- Complete list
- Group
- Edited list
- Click on the Send button
- Confirm sending the SMS campaign by clicking the Yes button in the popup window
