How to add structure to an extended form?

Introduction

Asking a lot of questions in the registration form or survey makes the form less clear, which can lead to loss of conversion or lower quality of answers.

Only ask relevant questions

Show a follow-up question based on a previously given answer.

Add sections

In the registration form

Go to Registration > Registration Form> Fields
Click on the Add Section button
Enter a title and (possible) description
Click on the Save button

In the survey

Go to Communication > Surveys
Add a new survey or click on to edit an existing survey
Go to Configuration > Form Fields
Click on the Add Section button
Enter a title and (possible) description
Click on the Save and Close button

Good to know

If no form fields have been added in a section or none of the form fields are displayed due to the tree structure set, the title and description will not be displayed.
