How do I set prices?

Introduction

For paying events, set a general cost price and/or cost price per (workshop) choice, which will be charged to participants.

A general price

Go to Registration > Registration Form> Limits & Pricing
Enter the general price (incl. VAT) and the VAT percentage
Click on the Save button

A price based on workshop choice

Activate the workshop module
Go to Registration > Registration Form> Workshops
Add workshops and set the cost price (incl. VAT) and the VAT percentage
Click on the Save button

A price based on options

Go to Registration > Registration Form> Filters
Add filters and set the cost price (incl. VAT) and the VAT percentage
Click on the Save button

Practical tip

A general cost price can be combined with a cost price based on options and/or workshops that a guest selects in the registration form.
