When the guest has paid via a PSP
If an already paid registration is (partially) canceled, (part of) the amount will be refunded via Halito!
- Go to Contacts > Registrations
- Find the guest whose registration has been (partially) cancelled
- Click on at the back of the guest’s name
- Click on the tab Financial
- At the bottom of Cost Overview, click on the Refund button
- Enter the information in the popup window
- Click Yes or No under Refund to determine whether a guest can be refunded
- Under Quantity, enter the amount you wish to refund
- Click on the Confirm button

Practical tip
Refund of a (partial) amount is only possible if the guest paid via a PSP. If the guest paid using bank transfer, the (partial) refund cannot be performed in Halito!
