How do I charge a cancellation fee?

Introduction

If a guest cancels their registration, you can automatically charge a cancellation fee

Go to Registration > Registration Form > Limits & Prizes
Under Set cancellation fee, choose Yes
Select from which date the cancellation fee should be charged automatically
Enter the amount of the cancellation fee
Set the VAT percentage
Click on the Save button

Practical tip

When the guest cancels their own registration , the cancellation fee will be charged automatically. When you cancel the registration in Halito! you can choose to (not) charge charge the cancellation fee.
