How do I test the event communication?

Introduction

Before launching the event communication, check the communication, registration and any payment flow. This way you can be sure that everything is correct and that your relations go through a smooth process.

The event website and the registration form

Go to Registration > Registration Form > Access
At Published, select the option No
View the result of the event website

Practical tip

Go through the complete registration and (possible) payment flow by registering yourself. Because you view the event website in preview mode, you do not make an actual payment, but you can check the full flow.

Email campaigns

See the example of an email campaign
- Add a new email campaign or click on to edit an existing email campaign
- Click on the View the example button
- If you have used custom tags in the email campaign, click on the Settings button in the popup window, select a filter and click on the Preview button to view the email campaign variant based on the selected filter
