How do I copy an event website?

Introduction

If you are organizing a recurring event such as an annual conference, then copy the event website from the previous edition. That way you can set up the new event website in a short amount of time.

  1. In your Halito! account, go to Projects
  2. Find the event website you want to copy in the active or archived event websites
  3. Click on
  4. Enter the information in the popup window
  5. Click on the Save and Close button
Practical tip
A clearly recognizable domain name is important. When copying an event website, choosing a good URL can be difficult because the URL you want to choose is already in use. The following tips will help you with this:

Good to know
If you copy an event website, the language(s) of the initial event website will also be copied. It is not possible to change the default language or add new languages to the copied event website.

Practical tip
