How do I send an e-ticket?

Include a personalized e-ticket in the confirmation email or email campaign to registered guests. Scan the barcode and communicate specifically to the shows/no-shows after the event.

In the automatic confirmation email

  1. Go to Registration > Registration Form > Automatic Emails
  2. Click on for Confirmation to activate the confirmation email or click to edit the existing confirmation email
  3. In the editor, go to Personalize > Buttons or Links > Download e-ticket
  4. Click on the Save button

In an email campaign

  1. Go to Communication > Campaigns
  2. Add a new campaign or click on to edit an existing email campaign
  3. In the editor, go to Personalize > Buttons or Links > Download e-ticket
  4. Click the Next step button to send the email campaign

Good to know
Sending an e-ticket is only possible to guests with the status 'Completed'. Follow up on the guests who have not yet fully completed their registration. In the following help article, Dana explains how to do this:
