How do I look up guests who have not completed their registration?
Guests who did not complete their registration went through the first step in the registration form, but later dropped out. This can happen, for example, because billing information has to be requested.
Go to Guests > Guest List
In the search box under Status, select the status Confirmed
Click on the Search button
Are you organizing a paying event? Guests who have not yet (fully) completed the payment have the status 'Confirmed' and should receive a payment reminder. In the following help article, Dana explains how to do this:
