How does a guest change billing information?

It is possible that the billing information that a guest has entered during registration needs to be adjusted. It is not possible to adjust an existing invoice, so we will create a new invoice.
  1. Go to Registration Registration Form Access
  2. Activate the possibility that guests can change their registration themselves, cancel and register after canceling/rejecting
  3. Post a personal link or button to manage the registration in the automatic confirmation email and/or email campaigns. On the ‘Administration page’ the guest must:
    • Cancel the registration
    • Register again (filling in the correct billing information)

Good to know
If the guest has already paid and the cost price does not change, the new invoice is immediately marked as paid.
