How do I set up the e-ticket format?

Include a personal e-ticket in the confirmation email or other email campaigns. By scanning the barcode you have insight into the shows/no-shows and you can communicate in a targeted way after the event.
  1. Activate the e-ticket
  2. Go to Registration > Registration Wizard > E-ticket
  3. Select a barcode type you want to use
  4. Click on the Choose a file button to upload a header image
  5. In the editor, go to Personalize > Barcode to insert the barcode
  6. Type practical information in the text field and use personalization tags
  7. Click on the Choose a file button to upload a footer image
  8. Click on the Save button

Good to know
Please note the following conditions to successfully upload a file:

  • The file must be at least 600 pixels wide
  • Use a .jpg file
  • Do not use special characters in the file name
Practical tip
If you upload an image in the header or footer of, for example, 500 pixels high, it will be displayed behind the text. This makes it possible, for example, to realize a certificate.
