How do I add a photo page?

After the event, publish photos on the event website. In this way, guests can look back and relations who were not present get a good impression.

Uploading photos

  1. Go to Communication > Media Gallery
  2. Add a new folder in the media gallery
  3. Click on the name of the folder to open it
  4. Add photos to the media gallery

Adding a photo page

  1. Go to Communication > Pages
  2. Click on the Add button and choose Photo Album Page
  3. Enter the data in the same way as for the adding of a text page. The same applies to the settings in the tabs Access and Sitemap
  4. In the Photo Album tab, select the folder you created in the Media Gallery
  5. Choose the number of photos to be shown per page
  6. Click on the Save and Close button
Practical tip
After the event, hide all pages that are no longer relevant, so that visitors of the event website can only see the photos of the event and survey page.
