Create a form field
- Go to Registration > Registration Form > Fields
- Click on the Add Field button
- Choose the field type E-mail address
- Enter a name for the form field, for example ‘Email address assistant’
- At E-mail address type, select the CC-mail address option
- Click on the Save button
Import CC Email Addresses
When CC e-mail addresses are known, add them to the guest list so that the save-the-date and invitation are also sent directly to the assistant. If the CC e-mail addresses are not (all) known, that is not a bad thing; During registration, the CC e-mail address can be entered.
- When creating the guest list, add a column with the known CC email addresses
- Import the guest list
Good to know
If the guest's email address is the same as the email address entered as CC email, the confirmation email/email campaign will not be sent.
