How do I add a CC email address?

It may be desirable for the guest's assistant to receive a copy of the email communication. In this way, the assistant is always informed and the guest arrives well prepared for your event.

Create a form field

  1. Go to Registration > Registration Wizard > Fields
  2. Click on the Add Field button
  3. Choose the field type E-mail address
  4. Enter a name for the form field, for example ‘Email address assistant’
  5. At E-mail address type, select the CC-mail address option
  6. Click on the Save button

Import CC Email Addresses

When CC e-mail addresses are known, add them to the guest list so that the save-the-date and invitation are also sent directly to the assistant. If the CC e-mail addresses are not (all) known, that is not a bad thing; During registration, the CC e-mail address can be entered.

  1. When creating the guest list, add a column with the known CC email addresses
  2. Import the guest list

Good to know
If the guest's email address is the same as the email address entered as CC email, the confirmation email/email campaign will not be sent.
