- In your Halito! account, go to the event website > Settings > Users
- Click on the Add button
- Enter the user’s email address. The system will automatically check whether this email address already has access to Halito!
- If the e-mail address is recognized, the settings will be displayed
- If the email address is not recognized:
- Enter the user’s language
- In Access, choose Active or Temporarily active
- In User rights, select the option On-site manager
- In Access, select the option Active
- Click on the Save and Close button
