How do I add an on-site manager?

Are e-tickets scanned at the event? Give the responsible colleague or external partner access to the scan module.
  1. In your Halito! account, go to the event website > Settings > Users
  2. Click on the Add button
  3. Enter the user’s email address. The system will automatically check whether this email address already has access to Halito!
    • If the e-mail address is recognized, the settings will be displayed
    • If the email address is not recognized:
      • Enter the user’s language
      • In Access, choose Active or Temporarily active
  4. In User rights, select the option On-site manager
  5. In Access, select the option Active
  6. Click on the Save and Close button
