How do I prevent people outside my organization from registering?

If you are organizing an event where only employees of your organization are allowed to register, set the registration form accordingly.
  1. Go to Registration > Registration Form > Fields
  2. Click on in front of E-mail address
  3. Under Allowed domains, type in the domain name that may be used (for example organisation.com) and click on
  4. Repeat this step to allow multiple domains
  5. Click on the Save button
