- Go to Registration > Registration Form > Fields
- Click on the Add field button
- Choose field type Yes or no
- Enter an internal name for the form field, e.g. ‘I agree to the terms & conditions’
- Select Use formatted text as label if you want to display multiple lines of text, possibly with a link, on the event website
- Select the field visibility
- Click on the Save button
Practical tip
Optionally activate that guests must (also) agree to the disclaimer.
- Go to Registration > Registration Form > Access
- Enable that guests must confirm the disclaimer
- Click on the Save button
