How do I view the (no-)shows after my event?

View and export the shows/no-shows after the event. Now you know exactly which guests were present and you can follow up on them accordingly.

View the scanned guests

  1. Go to Contacts > Registrations
  2. In the filters, choose Group
  3. In the search function you can enter the term Scandesk to see all registration points
  4. Select a registration point of your choice

View the no shows

  1. Go to Contacts > Segments
  2. Create a Dynamic segment
  3. When adding a condition, choose Type “Registration point”
  4. At Operator, choose “Is not in” and then add the registration points
  5. Add a second condition where the Status is Completed. This will ensure only the registered guests who have not shown up to the event will be added to the segment.
Practical tip
By setting up segments of the registration points (scandesks), you can send targeted mail campaigns to the (no-)shows. For example, after your event you can easily send a survey only to the scanned guests.
