View the scanned guests
- Go to Contacts > Registrations
- In the filters, choose Group
- In the search function you can enter the term Scandesk to see all registration points
- Select a registration point of your choice
How do I export the guest list (partially)?
View the no shows
- Go to Contacts > Segments
- Create a Dynamic segment
- When adding a condition, choose Type “Registration point”
- At Operator, choose “Is not in” and then add the registration points
- Add a second condition where the Status is Completed. This will ensure only the registered guests who have not shown up to the event will be added to the segment.
