The upload of my guest list was (partially) unsuccessful

Not all guests may be imported into Halito!. See which guests are involved, the reason that they could not be imported and take action where necessary.

View which guests it concerns

  1. Go to Logbook > Import Guests
  2. Click on for the import of which not all guests have been imported
  3. Click on the link in the popup window that will be displayed or go to Logbook > Exports
  4. Click on for the export you generated to download it

The most common mistakes

  • Duplicate Email Addresses: Each email address must be unique and only imported once
  • Incorrect email address:
    • The email address ends with a non-existent extension (name@domainname.c instead of name@domainname.com)
    • There are spaces before, after or in the email address
    • The e-mail address is missing the @
    • The e-mail address contains an apostrophe
  • Not all mandatory details are filled in: when you import guests as registrations, all form fields that are set mandatory in the registration form must also be imported
