- Go to Registration > Registration Form> Fields
- Click on to edit the email address form field
- In the settings de-select the option Value must be unique
- Click on the Save button

By disabling the uniqueness, it is possible that a guest appears several times in the guest list because on the one hand it was imported and on the other hand registered via an open registration form. As a result, you may be sending a reminder to someone who is already registered.
