How do I overwrite a guest list during import?

Introduction

You might want to add extra information to the existing guest list in Halito!. It is possible to overwrite the guest list and thus add extra data to guests.

Export the guest list

Go to Contacts > Registrations
Filter the guests (or use a segment), using at least the criterion of status (invitees only or registrations only)
Export this selection from guest list

Import the guest list

After editing the guest list, go to Contacts > Registrations
Click on the Add button and choose invitees or registrations
Select the file on your PC or laptop
Select that invitees expect to hear from you and click the Next button
Link the field Halito! ID to the (eponymous) column in the guest list and click on the Next button
Select that you want to overwrite the data based on the Halito! ID and click on the Start import button
