Via the guest list
- Go to Contacts > Registrations
- Click , or
- Select the guests you want to add and click the Add to a segment button
- Select the segment you want to add the guest(s) to or enter a name to add a new static segment
- Click on the Add button
While importing a guest list
During the fourth step of importing a guest list, choose a static segment to which the guests you import will be added.
Participants of a webinar
- Go to Communication > Webinars > Participants
- Click , or
- Select the guests you want to add and click the Add to a segment button
- Select the segment you want to add the guest(s) to or enter a name to add a new static segment
- Click on the Save button
Good to know
Only webinar participants who have pre-registered can be added to a segment.
