How do I track the status of email campaigns?

Consult the statistics for each e-mail campaign that you send so that you have insight into the delivery and can make adjustments if necessary.
  1. Go to Communication > Campaigns > Sent campaigns
  2. Find the campaign for which you want to view the statistics and click
  3. Numbers per status are shown in the popup window:
    • In progress
    • Not delivered
    • Delivered
    • Opened
  4. Click on to download the report

Good to know
The number of emails opened is based on the downloading of images in the email. Because images are not automatically downloaded for everyone, the number of emails actually opened may differ from the number shown in the report.
