How do I view guest feedback after completing the survey?

Download the survey results and make your events measurable using KPIs

View the survey results manually

  1. Go to Communication > Surveys
  2. Click on to open the desired survey
  3. At the top of the page, choose the tab Responses
  4. Click on to view the results per completed survey

Download the survey results

  1. Go to Communication > Surveys
  2. Click on to open the desired survey
  3. At the top of the page, choose the tab Responses
  4. Click on Export to download the results
Practical tip
When downloading the survey results, you can choose Extended options. When checking this option, the answers to multiple choice questions (field types Selection List, Radio Buttons and/or Checklist) will be placed in a separate column.
