The different options

| Checkbox (only option Yes) | Checkbox that guests are required to check (Yes) |
| Slider (only option yes) | Slider with default value no, which guests must set to yes |
| Slider | Slider with the default value of no, which guests can set to yes |
| Selection list | Selection list with the options yes and no from which guests must make a choice |
| Radio buttons | Radio buttons with both options (yes and no) from which guests must make a choice |

In the settings of a yes/no field you can choose the option Use formatted text as label. This allows you to format text or add a hyperlink, for example.
