How do I (un)publish the registration form

Introduction

You can choose whether your registration form is published. This prevents guests from being able to register while setting up your registration form.

Unpublish the registration form

If you want to test your registration form, make sure that the form has not yet been published. This way guests cannot yet register and you are able to test the registration flow.

Go to Registration> Registration form > Access
At Published choose No
Click the Save button

Practical tip

If the registration form has not been published, you will see the following message above the registration form on the eventsite: The registration form has not yet been published, this is only a preview.

Publish the registration form

Is everything tested and ready so your guests can start registering? Publish your registration form.

Go to Registration> Registration form > Access
At Published choose Yes
Click the Save button
