It is not possible to influence that images are automatically displayed when opening an email. This depends on the settings in the recipient’s e-mail program or mail server. To prevent viruses, automatic image downloading is sometimes disabled.
The recipient always has the option to manually download images so that the email campaign is still fully displayed.
