How do I change the email address that receives out-of-office replies ?

When you send an email campaign, out of offices are sent to the sender's email address and not to the reply email address. To prevent this, set an alias.

If we manage your domain name

  1. Contact us via support@halito.com and indicate:
    • Which alias you want to use
    • Which email address the alias should point to
  2. We will inform you as soon as the alias is created

If you manage the domain name yourself

  1. Log in to your hosting provider’s control panel
  2. Create an alias for the sender’s email address (for example, john-doe@domainname.com instead of john.doe@domainname.com)
  3. Forward the alias to the reply email address
