Register the shows / no-shows upon receipt of your event by scanning the personal e-tickets. This way you know exactly which guests were present so that you can follow them up specifically.
Settings in the registration process
- Link the field tags 'first name', 'insert', 'name' and 'email address'
- Set up an e-ticket
- Send the e-ticket to via the confirmation email and / or email campaign

De status van de gast moet 'Ja' zijn om het e-ticket succesvol te kunnen scannen.
Scan upon receipt of the event
- Go to Register> Guest List> Scanning
- Make sure the page is active by clicking anywhere on the page.
- You can register guests as a show in two ways:
- Scan the barcode on the e-ticket
- Enter the name, email address or barcode manually, press ENTER and finally double click on the name of the (correct) guest in the search results window
- Check if the guest is properly registered in the 'Registrations' list

- State-of-the-art PC or laptop
- A modern browser
- Stable internet connection (preferably wired)
- Possibly a barcode reader
