Til jouw event communicatie naar een hoger niveau
Niet alle functionaliteiten zijn standaard geactiveerd in Halito!. Wil je jouw account uitbreiden met de ticket-module, neem dan contact op via support@halito.com.

In addition to registering guests on-site, it is also possible to process (no-) shows after the event. Depending on the number of guests for which you want to change the (standard) status 'no-show' to 'show', choose one of the following options.

 

Update one guest

  1. Go to Register> Guest List.
  2. Find the guest whose status you want to change
  3. Click and choose 'To status "present at event" (show) "

 

Update some guests

  1. Go to Register> Guest List.
  2. Select the guests whose status you want to change
  3. At the bottom of the page, choose 'Selected guests' for the option 'To status "present"'
  4. In the popup window that appears, confirm the action by clicking on the 'Yes' button

 

Update multiple guests

When you have scanned e-tickets outside of Halito! because – but the barcodes have been generated in Halito! – you can import the scan results, so that you have a good idea of the shows / no-shows.

  1. Go to Register> Guest List> Scanning
  2. Click on the button 'Import'
  3. Select the .csv file on your PC or laptop
  4. Link the form fields in Halito! and columns in the .csv file
  5. Click on the 'Next' button
  6. A confirmation will be displayed once the import is complete

 

Handige tip!
Het .csv-bestand dat je importeert moet aan een de volgende voorwaarden voldoen:
    • Saved as a .csv file (separated by list separators)
    • Contain a column with 'barcode (ID)'
    • Contain a column with 'event ID' (or the value 0 for a standard record)
    • Contain a column with the title 'Registered' with for each barcode the value 'true' or 'false'
    • Contain a column with the title 'Date / Time' (format: yyyy-mm-dd hh: mm: ss)
    • Optional extra columns for sessions, each with the value 'true' or 'false'
