It is possible that not all guests can be imported into Halito !. In that case you will see a notification with the possibility to export the non-imported guests. This not only provides insight into the guests who have not been imported, but also clarifies the reason for this. Based on this information you can take the necessary action.

The most common reasons are:

  • Duplicate e-mail addresses: each e-mail address must be unique and imported only once
  • Incorrect email address:
    • The email address ends with one letter (name@domainname.c instead of name@domainname.com)
    • Spaces are placed in front of, behind or in the email address
    • The email is missing @
    • The email address contains an apostrophe
