You naturally want to provide a clear domain name for every event site you add. There are 2 options:
- Unique domain name per event site (such as: www.naamevent.com)
- General domain name with a subdomain per event site (such as www.events-organisation.com/nameevent or events.organisation.com/nameevent)
Unique domain name per event site
A unique domain name must be registered for each event site, such as www.naamevent.com. A big advantage is that the name of the event can be used as a domain name. You can register the domain name yourself and link it to your event site, but we can also take care of this for you.
General domain name with a subdomain per event site
If you organize multiple events that do not always require a separate domain name, you can choose to use one general domain name with a subdomain for each event site. You set up the subdomain yourself when adding or duplicating an event site. You do not need any technical knowledge or help from us.
There are 2 options:
- A domain name: www.events-organisation.com/nameevent
- A subdomain on your organization's domain name: events.organisation.com/nameevent
